一.追求高分必需积累写作素材
如果你的写作只追求25-26分，其实你也并不需要收集很多素材;但是如果你需要冲30分满分，那素材的意义就特别突出了。例子越丰富，用词越地道，写作分数就越高。 n所以大量高质量素材积累针对的是想要冲击25分以上甚至满分的同学。
二.独立写作素材如何积累
从历年考试的真题里可以总结出7大话题，分别是：社会问题、教育问题、娱乐媒体、人际关系、工作、生活价值观，还有一类特殊的话题叫古今对比。每个大话题里还包含小话题，例如工作话题里包含成功学、找工作、工作技能、团队协作等等小话题。总之，托福考来考去无非就是考7个大话题和25个小话题。平时大家复习的时候可以每个小话题准备1-2个素材，这样应对考试就游刃有余了。这里我就用团队协作来举几个素材的例子，让同学直观的来感受一下到底什么算是比较好的素材。
说道“团队合作”其实我们心里可以迸发出很多很多的例子，例如“猴子捞月”等等。但是这些耳熟能详的例子是不是外国人也用呢?写在作文里能不能起到引经据典的效果呢?答案当然是否定的。我们需要准备的例子，应该是考官比较熟悉的，考官能有共鸣的。
从动物界来看，团队合作是必不可少的。例如，候鸟迁徙，大雁南飞都是。候鸟在迁徙的时候，为什么要一直鸣叫呢?那就是因为他们需要相互鼓励对方，特别是大家再得累了的时候。“鸣叫”大家可以用honk nat each nother，“累了”大家可以不要用tired而用straggling，体现出“挣扎”的感觉。此外，大雁南飞为什么要保持队形呢?强力的大雁飞在前面，可以为后面弱小的大雁减少阻力。“减少阻力”可以怎么说，大家可以用“reduce ndrag”。这个例子是不是特别能体现团队合作的好处和重要性呢?

Then, a controversy might appear among the public whether citizens nshould only watch those movies that can teach something in real life. Some of nyou may only watch those movies that can help to expand one’s knowledge and nreveal the life stories, however, I strongly disagree with the statement and I nthink there will be a variety of reasons to watch movies.
Initially, entertainment is the principle reason for the entire world nwatching movies. Be it comedy, science-fiction, drama or action, movies are a nmedium of leisure and recreation for every single individual ranging from those non streets to the high and mighty residents in penthouses. Put it in another nwords, the greatest of all benefits of watching a movie is that it entertains nyou and calms your tumultuous heart down. Take me as an example. I feel very ntired after the full devotion to my career in a week and there is no time for nthe gym and outdoor activities just because of the busy work schedules. Then, I nwill choose to lie on my couch and watch movies of many kinds with a bowl of nmunchies like popcorns and sodas during the weekends. By being engrossed in a ncomedy show that can evoke hearty laughs, I will encounter situations with a npositive frame of mind. Besides, when watching the horror movies, I will feel nexcited, scared, and emotional during those two and a half hours, leading me to nbe transferred to a world far away from the reality. Obviously, no matter what nkind of movies they are, they will be worth watching if they can entertain nyou.
Another general concern about movies is that they can help fasten the bonds nbetween families. More often than not, what audiences are more focused on, nduring the process of watching movies, is the time they spend with their nfamilies rather than the well-orchestrated plots or the life lessons they might ndisclose. Current citizens can afford to spend too much time having fun like ntraveling around the city or having a party because most of them are under huge npressure from the society and most of their time has to be occupied by a variety nof professional tasks. However, watching movies won’t consume too much time, nserving as a stress buster and lubricant to strengthen relationship with nfamilies. Almost at every weekend, I will hang out with my girlfriend to watch nmovies whatever the genre is and staying with each other at that moment can help nshorten our mental distance and we can just hold hands of each other and feel so nclose between us. Accordingly, my personal experience can help explain how we nspend with our families or lovers like watching movies matters more than what we ncan learn from the movies.
In a word, I don’t think only those movies that tell us important life nstories are worth watching. What I truly believe is those movies that can nentertain audiences and provide viewers with a chance to stay with each other nare more welcomed.

Therefore, when it comes to which is the most feasible nmeasure to help environment, among planting trees and building parks, nencouraging local shops to stop using plastic bags, and improving public ntransportation, people's notions may vary from one to another. Towards such a nlong-running tug-of-war, I am inclined to claim that the first option is the nbest.
Firstly, growing trees and constructing parks can definitely help to nameliorate the environment. For one thing, more trees will contribute to the nimprovement of the air quality of the whole neighborhood. As is common sense, nthe prosperous industrial development has produced large amounts of waste gas, nwith the result that the haze and smoggy weather shroud quite frequently the nmajor cities in our country. The current air condition necessitates the planting nof trees, which can purify the contaminated air to a large extent. In other nwords, trees, the lung of the earth, play a vital role in absorbing some harmful ngas and producing more fresh air through photosynthesis. For another, the public nparks can be helpful to increase the biodiversity of the local community. nAccompanying the rapid urbanization, an increasing number of natural lands have nbeen utilized for constructing factories, shopping mall and skyscrapers, which ngreatly diminishes the natural habitats of animals, such as birds and squirrels. nIn this case, parks become the only place which can serve as habitats for those nanimals. In addition, there are certain limitations for the other two options. nAdmittedly, reducing the use of plastic bags and making public transportation nmore accessible may also be conducive to the environmental protection in some ndegrees. To illustrate, if the plastic bags are prohibited, the so-called white npollution will be relieved. Also, easier access to public transportation means nless use of private cars, which leads to the reduction of car exhaust. However, nin comparison to planting trees and building parks, the above two measures enjoy nless popularity among the residents of the community and thus are unlikely to be nimplemented. The underlying reason is that growing trees and constructing parks ncan create a more comfortable living environment while the other two choices can nbring about more inconvenience. To be more specific, if shops stop the use of nplastic shopping bags, the customers have to take a cloth bag while shopping. nAlso, taking public transportation will take longer time than driving the nprivate cars, which means that commuters have to get up much earlier than nbefore. It is self-evident that whether a policy can be carried out directly ndetermines its effect, which is especially true of the above situation.
Taking what has been discussed above, we can draw the conclusion that the nmost effective way of protecting environment in local communities is to plant ntrees and create parks.
