This afternoon we had a PE lesson. Our teacher taught us to practise the nlong jump. When the bell rang, we gathered on the playground. After warming-up nexercises, the teacher told us the way of long jump and showed us how to do it. nThen we followed the teacher and practised one after another. Soon came my turn, nbut I felt a hit nervous. Though I failed the first time, yet I didn't lose my nheart. I kept on practising. At last I was able to jump over 3 meters.

From this lesson I came to see that one will succeed if he has nperseverance.

The weather is very hot these days,so i don't want to eat anything .In the nmoring i started to learn Frontpage,i found it is not as hard as i thought .And ni maybe learn the Flash some day. I always know that i have too much thingd to nlearn,but have no intresting.But now i think i can find fun myself in such nthings. From qxen.com. I will learn with more energy.I hope for the tomorrow of nmine.The biggest enemy of somebody is ont others but himself.So i need promote nmyself as fast as possible .What i can to promote myself is just learning neverthing i found i need to . I need to make detailed planning ,such as :what i nshould do everyday,and which has been worked out etc.People shoud schedule his nlife ,right?

I will continue my study this afternoon ,and I will master it sooner ,my nwishes.

I wake up to greet a new day at 6: 40. After washing up, I ride my bicycle nto school. In the morning, I have five classes which cover all the subjects that ninterest me. After lunch break, I have three other classes. In the evening, I nsit at my desk working hard at my homework.

The most interesting part of my school day is after-class activities. As a nsports lover, I play basketball with my classmates in the afternoon.

I come back home after a day's work, tired and exhausted, but I have become nsmarter because of the knowledge I gain at school and stronger owing to the nexercise I take on the playground.
