n你欢笑的泉眼常常也饱含着泪水。
nand how else can it be?
nthe deeper that sorrow carves into your being.
nthe more joy you can contain.
nis ot the cup that hold your wine the very cup
nthat was burned in the potter’s oven?
nand is ot the lute that soothes your spirit,
nthe very wood that was hollowed with knives?
n除此之外，又当如何？
n镌刻在你们身上的忧伤愈深，你们能盛装的欢乐愈多。
n斟满了美酒的杯盏，难道不是曾在陶工炉火中锻造的杯盏吗？
nwhen you are joyous, look deep into your heart and
nyou shall find it is only that which has given
nyou sorrow that is giving you joy.
nwhen you are sorrowful look again in your heart,
nand you shall see that in truth you are weeping for
